    Cinco de Mayo Fun Fly - Saturday, May 5th
         Featuring Tacos & Mexican side dishes
         Flying begins in the morning & lunch served at noon
                   (Maybe a swap meet, too)
 
    Family Fun Fly - Saturday, June 16th
          Featuring Hamburgers & hot dogs served at noon
 
     Dale Randles & Past Members Memorial - Sat., Aug. 4th
           Featuring a PIG ROAST

Well, indoor flying at Lakeside Elementary School is over for this season. Now we can break out the summer/outdoor flying stuff.

Gate, clubhouse & other lock combinations at the field will be changing soon - members only will be notified by email.
Wastewater passes will be available soon.

West Michigan Area RC Club  has invited us & all area RC clubs to take part in their
 "Everything RC Swap Meet" Sunday, May 13, 2018 and again on Sunday, October 21, 2018 - 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, at their site north of Apple Ave. - Bring your own  table, items for sale, etc.  - - There will be no table charge.

Randy Prepping the Flybaby

The Pig Roast and Fun Fly we held on August 27th, 2016 was a great success despite a day that started out looking like it would be very wet. However, by 11am it started drying out and the rest of the day was dry and conducive to the festivities. See a couple of pictures below. The parking lot was full, and everyone enjoyed  a wonderful roast dinner.

The Dale Randles Memorial Fun Fly and Tailgate Sale was a great success!  Great turnout, near perfect weather, delicious food and a huge amount of fun. Special thanks to David Kling for providing new pilot training to several individuals and for providing lunch entertainment in the form of an awe inspiring flight demonstration.
